I came across a great post today by Martin Webster. This is a great post to print out and post on your wall right next to your monitor. I need great reminders like this to reset myself every once in a while, especially when my workload gets overloaded.

Hi Jim

That was a really useful post – the point that struck me as most relevant to myself is “Clear My Head” (and my desk!).

The other one was Tackle One Task At a Time – I tend to be a multi-tasker; often not through choice, but because I’m delayed waiting for someone to get back to me about something.
